What is the best Telescope to buy to start in Astronomy?
Actually you don't need a telescope to start in astronomy, just the good old Mk1 eyeball and a star chart. If you really need to buy something then a good pair of Binoculars (10x50) should suffice.

A reflector with a 6" (130mm) diameter mirrorĀ or a 4" (102mm) Refractor.
