It's a sad day.... our friend "The Star Gazer " Jack Horkheimer of the Miami Museum of Science and Space Transit Planetarium passed away,
He was our main speaker at one of the BAS Astronomy Day Events . He was known around the nation, and was on the PBS station every month to give his 2 minute Naked eye Astronomy Lesson. At the end of each show He made the saying famous "Keep Looking Up! " I am so glad I had time to meet and speak to Jack. He even made time to sign my 8" Newt Telescope, during his visit to Central Florida. I will miss Him!
